Registration Guidelines

  1. Please register your attendance by clicking here.

  2. Please make payment using the payment methods detailed below. If you are using bank transfer please enter 'SARMAC SEA 2021' and your Name as the recipient reference. Please email your payment confirmation to sarmac.sea@gmail.com.

  3. A confirmation email will be sent to you using the email address that you have provided during the online registration.

  4. If you would like to present in the SARMAC SEA regional meeting, please follow the instructions under the 'Abstract Submission' tab on the menu above.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Delegates:

In the event of any cancellations made by delegates, there shall be NO REFUND if payment has been made.
 


Amendments/Cancellation by SARMAC SEA:
SARMAC SEA organisers reserve the right to modify the programme up to the day of the event.

 

If unforeseen circumstances cause SARMAC SEA organisers to cancel the event, all delegates will be informed as soon as possible and a full registration fee refund will be made.
 

If, for any reason, SARMAC SEA has to cancel the event, SARMAC SEA accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred by delegates and guests. The SARMAC SEA organisers do not envisage this to be a problem given that the event will be held virtually.
